Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order – no reason needed. Please send the pieces back in the condition you received them.

Write to us
Within 30 days of delivery, email pracownia@ladyblue.pl with your order number. You don’t need to give a reason.

Send the parcel back
Pack the pieces securely – ideally in the original packaging – and send them to the address we give you in our reply.

Get your refund
We refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the parcel has reached us or you have shown proof of sending it.
Exception
Sets we fire specially for you – from 4 pieces of the same pattern, painted together in one firing – are excluded from withdrawal only if they are made to your individual specifications (for example with an inscription or a pattern agreed individually with you). We always tell you before you pay, so you know where you stand when you order.
